Health, Fitness and Recreation Membership

Exercise is essential to good health and long life. YMCA-YWCA members enjoy the use of the St. John's Y facilities at 34 New Cove Road in St. John’s and the Mount Pearl Y facilities at 25 Holden Street in Mount Pearl. Membership is available to individuals and families of all ages.

Y membership provides opportunities for personal growth in spirit, mind, and body and live more balanced, active lives.
